Albert Edmonds leads the overall vision, strategy, business development, and organizational direction of Dult Foods Manufacturing. His leadership is focused on building a disciplined food manufacturing company that can serve customers, create opportunity, and make a lasting contribution to Montgomery. Damian Kumar is responsible for translating the company’s strategy into effective operations. His role includes coordinating plant readiness, operating systems, production support, engineering and execution as Dult Foods advances toward commercial manufacturing.
Allison Deany leads the company’s quality, training, workplace safety, and food safety functions. Her responsibilities include building the systems, standards, training programs, and accountability needed to support safe employees, safe food, strong GMP practices, and consistent customer expectations.
Amy Drye leads human resources and workforce development. Her focus includes recruiting, employee support, policies, training coordination, organizational development, and helping build a workplace where people can grow with the company.
Patricia Bowman leads Good Manufacturing Practices oversight and supports the day-to-day discipline required in a food manufacturing environment. Her work centers on GMP compliance, employee practices, sanitation expectations, documentation, and continuous operating readiness.
Madison Albright leads production planning and execution. Her responsibilities include supporting efficient workflows, team coordination, output, product handling, and adherence to the quality, safety, and operating standards established across the company.
